We came to Mayreau in 2010 to build a YWAM campus where children and youth could discover the God of the Bible and build a personal relationship with Him.  The problem was we were given land with lots of bush… but we had a vision.  This past summer we put the auditorium roof of our MainSail Hall, exactly 8 after we had moved to Mayreau.  This building has a massive kitchen, laundry space, a classroom, office, bathrooms and a massive all purpose room that will be used for dining, teaching and lots of game playing.
We were so blessed by to have the help of a local business man Veroll Nichols who helped us put up our main beams for the roof of the MainSail Hall.  With much anticipation we watched and worked to see the roof line up perfectly.  The roof was manufactured by engineers in Leola Pa by Scenic Ridge and we are so grateful for how well the roof fit onto our existing structure.  We watched as God orchestrated local help with ours, and engineers and volunteers.  We are happy to say that now our roof is complete.
As we continue to build the campus physically we also labor to see God build into the hearts of the children on our island and in our nation.  Our weekly children’s ministry continues to flourish and we have 15-20 children who regularly get fed the word of God.  We look forward to finishing up the rest of the MainSail Hall with our porch and some interior work in the auditorium.  We know that this building is only concrete blocks but we are believing that many children will met God in this place and its impact will be eternal.
Thank you to many of you who stood with us in prayer and finances to see this come to pass.  We look forward to sharing more as we continue to build His Kingdom in Mayreau and St. Vincent and the Grenadines!!
